Came here for a used car that we found online for an exceptional price. There was absolutely no haggling necessary, as they stuck by their word on the sales price (plus the standard and expected NC dealer fee and tax/tag/title of course). This place is great! We just moved here and the staff was super helpful in getting us the proper all terrain tires just in time for the first snow. We also had our cars inspected at the same time. We had several glitches in our schedule and they accommodated us perfectly. We will definitely be bringing our Honda CRVs here for maintenance.

I called and spoke with John Cook about the vehicle I was interested in. He was very helpful, and we practically did the deal over the phone. I drove 118 miles one way, to the dealership and was very pleased with the staff and the vehicle. I received a call from Don a day after the deal was done, to let me know he had found me a even better deal with a different bank. Even after the paperwork was done and the truck was mine, he continued to look for the very best option. Great people to deal with. I would definitely travel 236 miles to do business with them again.
Incredibly overpriced on leases. Was quoted almost $500/month on a pretty standard CR-V with the usual terms (3 years, 12k miles, great credit etc.). Negotiating a deal was useless, because they were firm on the manufacturer doesn't have any incentives since the model is so new. Understandable, but there is usually some type of dealer contribution. Meanwhile, a trip to Charlotte dealer saved me a ton. Was able to pick up the same exact CR-V for $300/month. I guess it is because they are a smaller dealer? Not sure. For $500/month I better be getting an Acura at that point.
