I was a loyal customer for five years. They do good work and have a very friendly staff. However, their appointment system is enough to drive good customers away. Last time I was there they told me I had to schedule my next appointment six months out. They called yesterday afternoon and told me I had to be there at 11:00am this morning. Being that I have a life and don't know what I'm doing on a Tuesday six months from now, it's not much of a surprise that I wasn't able to make it. At 11:15 the office called me at work and the lady on the line was a bit rude when I told her my situation. I will be taking my business elsewhere and I'd recommend to do the same.
If you want the best place in town then look no further. A practice that will tell you the truth and give you advice for what needs to be done. Sam and Dr. Airey are quality professionals who are gentle and receptive to your wants. I can thank the staff enough for providing such a favorable experience. Other dentists want to get you in and out as fast as possible but don't expect that here. Thorough work is always performed ensuring minimum discomfort through the process. My first visit with dr airey was a memorable one. I awoke with a broken tooth. Called my dentist only to be told sorry he's on vacation and it will be 2 months! I remember seeing dr airey's billboard on 105. I called and was so amazed how his staff went well beyond and scheduled me that morning. Arrived and was taken back and greeted by the sweetest kindest staff. Dr. Airey not only assured me the tooth could be saved and repaired, he and his assistants skipped their lunch break to get it fixed. Perfectly, painlessly and

I have been a Patient of Dr. Airey for 10 years. He is skilled, explains conditions and treatments clearly. He is gentle and thorough and offers treatment suggestions that I may or may not undertake after careful consideration. He may be a bit more expensive but his work is worth it. I have an implant he did 10 years ago and it is still rock solid and going strong. His current staff and technicians are pleasant and welcoming. Two thumbs up!
