Very friendly staff, always helpful. Do not do a good job planning on sales, often out of certain items after putting items on sale prices. That means I can't depend on them to get my pet's food, or kitty litter when I need it. They need to preorder extra supplies of items they place on sale. Telling me they will get it a week from now does not cut it when I need food or litter.
Have good prices on dog food. I was disappointed to see that they only sold Royal Canine for specialty breeds and small dogs. Besides that they have a huge selection of dog food.
Always a super great experience! The people is always very clean and the employees are always very outgoing. They match prices to other competitors - including Amazon.
Always has a variety of supplies to choose from. The animals they have are entertaining as well.
Really helpful staff with good prices. Also, the fresh dog cookies are fantastic - I always get some for my dogs when I go, and they gobble them up!
