The cookies are not worth the price. They have minimal staff running the place all the time. When I went, I was lucky enough to be at the front of a line of a few dozen people out the door, but only two staff who didn't seem to either care or notice that they needed to start hustling to move the line along. When I got to the counter they said they had just run out of cookies, and said they needed 10 minutes for fresh ones to bake. OK, I said, I'll wait. 15 minutes later, the cookies were just being put in the oven. No one even bothered to apologize about the long wait. This was only my second visit at this business and I was thoroughly disappointed. I wasn't pleased with the service the very first time I went, but my most recent visit was abysmal. I walked out without buying anything just to make a point, even though I did really want cookies.

Insomnia is highly overpriced and overrated. The cookies taste like they’re straight from a mix and have been sitting in the warmer for several hours too long. Take your money to App Cookie Co. instead!
This place is a hot mess and the cookies taste fowl! AVOID!
Or maybe you can you can take your money to App Cookie Co, where they actually want it.
Go to a grocery store and buy some cookies and go back home and bake them like I do.
