I made a stop here while traveling thru the area during a busy time. I had to return to the counter to ask for toasting of my bread which I had requested when I ordered. The staff seem busy and doing the best they can to keep up. Definitely not one of the better layouts for a Panera Bread. It was not easy to get a seat away from a table of loud & annoying patrons in the center. The food was edible, however the amount of food for the cost is not a good value compared to other fast-casual venues that I frequent. I can not comment on the staff attitudes so much as my contact with them was brief and unmemorable.
On a positive note the lady that took my order was very sweet and helpful. But once I placed my order the older grumpy lady helping fix food was yelling at her employees and refused to help me with a plate I needed help with she literally barked at me. It was dirty busy and nowhere to sit.
Quick, friendly, and accurate service on a pretty difficult order. Very impressed considering their reviews! This place is turning it around!

First one to order breakfast. Asked the server for a few more strawberries on my oatmeal. He went nuts. Told me that's all you get. I spoke to the manager. She was ruder than the server. Never again step foot in this Panera. They may of had a bad night? Don't take it out on others. The dining room and bathrooms are filthy. A silver fish was crawling on our table. I don t think they clean at night.
