I have stayed at this Courtyard several times over the past couple months. Every time it has been spotless, and I have received exceptional service. I would highly recommend staying here on your next trip to Boone.
Hotel is beautiful and in a great location. Since arriving, we have yet to drive our car. Front desk is very knowledgeable about local restaurants and the bistro staff is very kind. Special recognition to the Bistro Manager, she has been consistently making my husband and I feel comfortable. We had one small issue with our room (which affected our sleep the first night) and Jeff was kind enough to take care of the issue and even wrote a note letting us know he took care of the issue. Not to mention, everyone has made our stay extra special due to my husband's birthday. Thank you for such a great stay. We will stay again.
Fantastic customer service! The rooms are exceptionally clean. We were attending graduating at App State and the lounge area was a great spot to hang out with other family members. I highly recommend staying here.
I always look for Marriott properties first because of typically consistent service. I have stayed at this property many times since they opened. All of a sudden there is a very strict parking policy with no solutions for guests with more than one vehicle PER RESERVATION (even if your reservation is for more than one room). The solution is 3 neighboring businesses with parking until 6 am, then what? Who wants to get up at 5:30 am and move there vehicle, and to where?.. If all of a sudden after 5 years parking is a problem, at least offer a reasonable solution. I will not stay at this property again.
We can be somewhat picky but this place was very nice. This is my new go to. Very clean and the staff was nice though they were not always able to assist. It's in a great location too. Close to everything.
