I love good coffee! This is a new Starbucks in Boone; it’s very roomy, airy with nice decor! The service was great!

My family and I came into this Starbucks at around 9:00 am. There was no one in line and there were five people working. We placed our orders. They took FOREVER to come out. We did have seven people in our group but it literally took 30 minutes. On top of that the orders were poorly made. Light ice was requested and that was completely ignored. My dads chai tea latte was gross. His was the last to come out and by that point we had been there so long we didn’t even bother to ask for it to be fixed. The Barista already looked pissed. I will say the lady working cash was very nice and because of her you at least get one star. Good job to you and keep up the great work! As for the rest of the employees you guys need to get your act together.
Upon noticing that Boone at last has its own standalone Starbucks, I made it a point to visit -- and I'm glad I did, because the place turned out great. The construction is modern and elegant, more like a ski lodge than fast food; the patio is nice, too. The staff who hooked me up were friendly and quick, and my cold-brew went well with my meal and a good book. Plus: a good, clean bathroom. If I had to list a negative, it would be the cramped parking lot (understandable, of course, given the small lot, but still tricky to navigate when full).
The best Starbucks I have ever been to. The building is absolutely gorgeous. Bathrooms are always clean. The staff is courteous and friendly each night I come in. Their drinks are always excellent and the atmosphere is nice for a small get together with a friend or two. I highly recommend this Starbucks!
All in all, my lunch here was a memorable experience for me, for which I am grateful. Keep up the good work, folks :-)
I can't even tell you how excited I was to hear that we would be getting a corporate Starbucks in town, with a drive-thru no less!!! However, my excitement is becoming more of a dismal disappointment every chance I give them. Granted, my beverage of choice is somewhat of a challenge, but I think they've only managed to get it right 1 out of 5 times, and this is after waiting in miserably long lines to receive it :( Owners: please please please give the staff better training before the entire town joins me in my return to the Harris Teeter shop!!
