I have attempted with no luck to reach the person(i will avoid names) that the operator directed me to with no success. Tired of trying. Additionally, On 8/13/17 the rear end of this vehicle, literally fell apart leaving us stranded about 2.5 hours from home. The damage was so sever, the entire rear housing requires replacement. NO we do not 4x4 offroad this vehicle. This occurred on an interstate HWY 74.

Great sales experience, good vehicle, however my privacy is gone forever. Salesman was very helpful. Even arranged transit of my new vehicle for home delivery which i thought was great and closed the deal for me. Now my home phone, cell phone and every other bit of information given to this location is being harassed by after market warranty companies targeting me specifically to the vehicle i purchased. junk mail, robo calls all hours of the day. i was explicit with my instructions not to share my information. Lesson learned, I will not even consider this place again.

I called this Ford dealership about a recall and some trouble I've had with my focus, the lady I spook with didn't help me with anything !! Didn't know what she was doing. Got my name and number said they call me back it's been 3 weeks now, I called the Johnson city TN dealership and they know the problem and get you help!! Made me appointment set up the exact time it would take and even gave me a loan car to drive while mine was getting fixed. All of the JC TN services is out standing customer satisfaction service!!

The warranty does not cover non ford vehicles for rentals. i was stuck with no options but to rent what was convenient to me or walk home. my rental claim was denied by Ford. The Truck is still at a separate dealer(do not trust this location for stated reasons) It is 2 literal months without a truck and rentals at our expense for almost 1 month. The anticipated repair under warranty is sometime in December. The dealer i am working with on the warranty repair, stated the vehicle should not have been sold as is due an obvious prolonged issue. They are working with me as well as they can to accommodate our expedite request. they have at their expense allowed us a service rental until repairs are completed, which is nice, but should not be necessary. So we are paying for a truck we do not have, the warranty is evaporating while it sits on a FORD dealers lot. Ford will not extend the warranty to cover the period in their possession. I am DONE with FORD. period.

Bryan Martin and Paul Faro helped us purchase a "new to us" 2013 Ford Edge. They were so helpful and worked tirelessly until the deal was done. We really appreciate all they did and will definitely recommend them to friends.
