Great service! We rented a minivan to move up to NY and they couldn't have made the process easier. They even took out all the seats so we could maximize space in the car!! Very pleased with them and would highly recommend.
The guys here are great! I went in after making an online reservation last minute and they didn't have any cars available at my price so they upgraded me at no extra charge! They are so helpful and friendly! I love Enterprise! The only downside is their drop fees. Most are pretty costly and since I rent several times a month my charges can add up quickly! I wish value customers didn't have to pay that fee. Boone NC guys were awesome though
The good was the staff was extremely friendly and great to work with. The bad was I reserved a intermediate car for a 2 week rental a month before I needed it. When I went to pick it up, they had no cars at all just a full size truck. I was told I would get the upgrade for free but I did not want to "upgrade" as I wanted a good MPG car to get back and forth to Florida. It was 1 hour before my pick up and was told it was because I was early that they had no car. I said I would wait as I do not want a full size pickup but then was told I was 10th in line for a car so even if I wait I would probably not get one. Ended up having to take the truck and averaged 20.8 MPH instead of 30+ like a car would have got.
Great service, great car, great prices. We rented a beautiful car for an entire month and could not be happier with the car and the service provided. If I ever need another rental I will use this company.
