Alchemy is the best place to go in the southeast for healing. I travel 6 hours to visit their practice when I am in pain. Eli is my favorite but the other therapists are amazing as well! I won't go anywhere else!
Elizabeth literally "saved my neck"! I was having terrible neck and shoulder spasms and she worked me in and worked out the spasms so I could stand and sit up straight again. She is compassionate and knew just what to do to relieve my pain.

As a client for the past 6 years, this integrated approach to a healthy body and soul is the perfect way to stay fit in individual or group yoga sessions with Vicki or relieve pain with acupuncture and/or therapeutic massage. I've spent most of my time with Eli doing bodywork/therapeutic massage which has made my life SO much better. I always leave feeling an inch taller and after two hip replacements I feel so much stronger. Eli is very friendly and knowledgeable. In one session we might be discussing alternative therapies for arthritis and the next it's all about the NCAA basketball tourney. These are great people doing great work. You should try it.
I have also had the fortune to work with Vicki (yoga) and Tom (acupuncture) recently. Both are wonderful, accepting and very warm.
I've been a client of Eli's for over a year now, and I can say absolutely he is an amazing care provider. Eli listens to your words and your body. His approach is completely individualized to the person you are at that minute. He can work miracles.

I have received treatment from them for years, and have them to thank for helping me deal with and prevent injuries and manage stress. They offer yoga classes, acupuncture, counseling, education and other services at the center now too. I can't say enough good things.
