We love this gym! The coaches are so welcoming and knowledgeable and as soon as you walk in you are family. I highly recommend!
The way this gym is run is different from any other "typical" crossfit gym I have attended. The coaches, owner and staff take time to care about the members, slowing things down when correction or more instruction is needed instead of just giving a workout and send everyone off to do the movements, and possibly getting injured. Derrick has started something other than just another gym or business, he has started a community of gym enthusiast, crossfitters, those just trying to get in shape, and those well experienced. The gym isn't here to take your money and leave you on your own, the owner and coaches have set forth very affordable pricing for everyone as opposed to most places with this type of care and "service". The model of community Derrick has set forth is seen in the philanthropy with different causes and organizations that are supported through Seven Seals and Revelation five5, and seen in the implementation of free community workouts on saturdays. if you are moving to the Boone area or just passing through make sure to drop in for a workout, you won't regret it.
The coaches and members are some of the best and most knowledgeable people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting! There is a real sense of community within the gym which makes it more than just a place to workout. I highly reccomend Seven Seals!
The absolute most welcoming gym environment I've ever been in. I'm literally the last one to finish the workout every time I go and I have never felt judged- only encouraged. Everyone is on their own journey, no comparison needed. BUT the community is so much more then just what happens at class.
