Great level of service from the sales staff at this store. They both knew their products well and then did a good job outlining the different discount options available to me.
I think customer service is a lost art. But at this store customer service is the art.
Great service! I had to replace my refrigerator and had gotten a bit of run around from Lowes. Should have had it in about a week, 3 weeks later still not sure when it would be delivered. I went to Sears and Brian was very patient with my while I made my decision. My refrigerator was delivered the day it was originally scheduled to be. The delivery folks were even very professional. Couldn't have had a better experience. Thank you Brian and Aubrey.
