The location is good if you want to be near town as it is a quick trip to several restaurants and supermarkets. The room was nice, but the cleaning leaves something to be desired. We found an empty bottle and some food on the floor under and behind the beds when we got there. We didn't say anything because it was an easy fix for us, but it did make me wonder how well the rest of the room was cleaned. The staff was kind. Breakfast ended earlier than we would have liked, and there wasn't really enough room for the crowd of people during the busy season.
The place was clean and the welcome was warming but when you pay almost $200 for one night at a simple Holiday Inn you expect to be able to get breakfast after 9:30 check out wasn't even till 11 which is typical . Even Burger King serves breakfast till 10:30... I also didn't think it took four people to run/clean up the breakfast area... that seems a little bit excessive and overhead killing... if you guys need somebody that will do the work of 4 people give me a call. Any dishwasher could clean that up in an hour by himself... all I can really say is the room was clean and the girls at the front desk in the evening and morning were very nice
The hotel is older but they have done a good job keeping it up. The staff is great, friendly, professional and helpful. My only real complaint is there is no fitness center on site. They do offer access to a 24 hour fitness facility.
Had a great stay. Clean, spacious, and relaxing room. Complementary breakfast was good, nothing special.
Good service and comfortable rooms. No fan in the bathroom so the mirror gets foggy, no refrigerator in the room. Couldn't get the A/C unit to make up its mind and keep a comfortable temp without turning on and off every few minutes. These are nitpicks, it's a two star hotel, the staff are nice, the beds are comfortable, and it's in a great location.
