Hotel is very clean, has been updated recently so it's very beautiful. Location very convenient. The breakfast was pretty limited, but did the job. I'd definitely stay here again.
I will for sure we will stay at another Quality hotel because you are pet friendly! I had a last minute trip due to a car accident and we had to bring our loving pet along with us. It was not easy to find a hotel that accepts pets and yours did! Along with being a very nice place to stay, clean and friendly staff. I know hotels have to gamble on folks being good pet owners and I hope most are but those few who are not wreck it for the rest of us who take good care of their pets. So THANK YOU for being a pet friendly hotel! We will stay again if we need lodging in Boone NC with our loving pet!
We loved our king size bed...so comfy with more than enough pillows! Attractive decor and furniture so we really enjoyed putting our feet up in our suite. Hearty breakfast choices . Staff was very friendly and hospitable!
From first look of the hotel in the lobby it is very clean and neat. We had a room on the second floor. As soon as we unbiased the elevator onto the 2nd floor a cloud of marijuana hit us in the face. We had our 7 year old with us. After arriving at the room it seemed to be free of the smell. The room looked as though it had not been cleaned and bed was not made by the cleaning staff. Tub was dirty also. We asked for a refund and the hotel quickly did so when we alerted them of the smoke. Would advise to check the rooms before staying here.
We stayed 3 nights and the staff was very nice at the Boone,NC location. We had a great view of the mountains from our room. The breakfast was great! It had a hot breakfast every morning. The room we had was in need of some repairs however. The bathroom had issues from shower, to lights not working, to toilet issues. The heat and air unit was in need of repair as well, it was extremely noisy and was busted on the top. The beds were decent and not too bad. Overall I think we would stay again if the price was right.
