Not a bad place to have lunch or dinner with the family as their burgers and fries are great. Definitely among the best in Boone. Service is what you would expect and the environment is clear. Parking is tight though. Be warned.
IMHO, they have good food, but it's REALLY not worth the price you pay ($40 for three adults).
The Boone location had great food as all 5 Guys do. Did have to wait a long time for our food. This location is too small and when we were there was filthy. Food and ice all over the floor. Tables not cleaned. Trash over flowing and out of most ketchup. Way understaffed for a holiday weekend.
