Best chain sub shop around. Cheesesteaks are great, and the cold cut subs are some of the best you'll find. Sometimes the staff isn't as talkative/openly friendly as other Jersey Mike's I've been to, but that changes with shifts as well.

Subs were good. Not better than anywhere else in town and a little pricey. It is nice that they slice the meat and cheese when they make your sandwich. Variety of toppings could be better.
Honestly, my experience sucked. I ordered online because I thought it would be faster. Then, I show up to pick up the sandwiches 15 minutes later and only one of my sandwiches was ready (out of 4). I asked how long, and they said 5 or 10 minutes. I went to the grocery store next door, got about 10 items, and came back. It took about 15 minutes to do that. The sandwiches STILL weren't ready. I talked to the college student at the register, and calmly complained. I explained that the reason to use online ordering is so you don't have to wait at the store, you can just come in and pick it up. He said, "Well, your ticket says 6:41 pm." I looked at the clock and said, "That was 1 minute ago. It's 6:42 now." He said, "Oh yeah. Well, we've been really busy and we try to prioritize people in the store, because they're here." I said, "So you're saying that there's no point to online ordering at all." He said, "That's not what I'm saying. " I said, "Yes it is. Online ordering is so you don't have to wait. But you're saying that I have to be here to get service." And he said, "Well, maybe, but that's not what I'm saying. " And I said, "So there's no point to online ordering at all. I'll never order online from this store again." And then, guess what he said? "Works for me!" What a jerk!!
