One of my favorite places to go for healthy and organic food options! Employees are usually nice and helpful. The store is organized a bit oddly but it's smaller so it is not hard to figure out where things are.
Older building. Great lunches! Wide variety of fresh meals/pizza/soup/salads at lunch!! All Very expensive though.
I visit Boone almost once a year now. Lucky me. I love Boone. And I am glad I found this health food store. I have to watch what I eat because I have acid re-flux issues my whole life.. This place has a great selection of healthy foods and products. I love that you can try some things. There is a hot fresh bar to eat there, I tried the pizza, it was amazing! And they have a "Tomato" Club for frequent shoppers. I always go there and get groceries when I visit Boone, NC!
Worst fresh seafood ever. The guy even knew that the food were spoilt.
This place is very cool and to just have a stroll around. If you didn't come in for anything you will leave with everything if you stay long enough. This is not your avg store... This is heaven for those that want natural, great tasting/useful items. If I could afford to buy it all and just walk out there wouldn't be anything left. There is a use for it all and you need it! Go buy you some stuff!
