AT&T is not a great service provider to work with. They do not return phone calls and offer services where services should be available. Would never recommend to anyone
Super great service. Went in and a very nice lady named Mary helped me. I think I spent around an hour in there trying to get a phone that was in pieces replaced with a brand new phone on a brand new plan. The service is a big factor for why I stick with with this company. Super friendly and patient!
Every time I've been there the customer is consistently very slow even though they're never busy. Give yourself at least an hour when you go, no matter what it is that you go in for.
I have been unable to even get them to install internet at my home but I saw the ban on my road to install service at the new neighbors and another neighbor on my road has AT&T but they argue that my house is not in their service area!!! I would think they would want customers. Every time I call they are nasty and rude and they are also rude to my husband . We just want Internet service! The sane service my neighbors who live just up the road receive . They pass by my house to install service and yet refuse to install here. The most inept service I have ever seen and such poor customer service. The Boone AT&T store is the worst ever!!!!
