I have been waiting 3 months to get my dryer fixed I haven't gotten it fixed yet very unprofessional I will never buy anything else I live 2 miles from rental enter buy they can't find my home what about GPS on their little smart phones .they sure can call ya if a payments due what about my dryer
Been paying my last $200 five times now and if your going to be late on a payment they will call every 6 hours on the hour for the first 48 hours then it goes to every 4 hours for 48 hours then 2 hours. Like if their collections was framed by a drug dealer. Its a damn hustle if you don't have the cash to buy something just save it yourself and wait! Do not fall for this scam.
I will say that their sales associate Brandy has been more than pleasant and probably the reason I have continued my business there. Other than that, the service is plain awful. They are crooks.
I have bought several items from the Boone Rent-A-Center and I just want to give all the men and woman working there my props and respect...Thank-you for being so kind and going the extra mile for me in our business dealings. I have purchased many things from computers, and living room sets, bedroom sets and appliances with no problems and treated with great respect. I am overall displeased with the service I have received with Rent a Center. They will do whatever it takes to get themselves a sale but when I try to take advantage of the option to "freeze" my account and pick up on my payments later, they act like I am asking them for the most complex favor. I have been calling daily for over a week now. They keep giving me the run around, stating that the manager is with a customer and they are coming to pick up our items, and going to refund my money that they erroneously charged me. I have been dealing with this for over a week. They are not true to their word.
I am on autopay at RAC and every week I get called asking when I'm going to make my payment and every week I am promised that the problem is fixed....THEY have added money to my weekly payment saying that was the problem and its still not fixed!!!!!! If I wasn't almost finished with payments I would take my items back!!!!!!!!
