Staff was nice. He seemed distracted as how i almost walked out after spending $40 on some games and would have left with only the boxes. Not too happy that I also spent over $40 for a Pre-Owned SIXAXIS PS3 Controller that doesn't come with a USB Cable AND it doesn't work. I had the controller plugged in my PS3 for over an hour (using 3 different cords that I know work) and no lights turned on. NOT COOL!!!!
